MY STORY
Clear Sailing Properties was founded in April 2021 after I reached a breaking point in my previous career as an accountant, where 80-hour workweeks had become the norm and burnout was setting in fast.
I knew I wanted to build something different — a business that created freedom for my family while allowing me to make a meaningful impact through real estate.
With a lot of prayer and the support of my wife, Karah, I took the leap into real estate full-time.
That first year, I had the privilege of helping 27 property owners sell their houses so they could relocate, move on from an unwanted rental property, settle an inherited estate, or simply take the next step in life with less stress.
Fast forward to today, and I’ve now helped more than 130 homeowners throughout Springfield and Southwest Missouri achieve their real estate goals. (continued below)

One of the most rewarding parts of this business for me is giving properties a second life. I genuinely enjoy taking homes that have been neglected or overlooked and making them beautiful and functional again for the next family.
My background in accounting helps me approach real estate with a practical, business-minded perspective. More importantly, my Christian faith reminds me that every situation is personal, and every homeowner deserves honesty, empathy, and respect.
At Clear Sailing Properties, the goal is never to pressure someone into selling their home to us. Instead, we strive to help homeowners understand their options and find the solution that best fits their needs — even if that solution is not selling to us.
